Course Terms and Conditions

By enrolling on a course with Perio-Nutrition you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:  

 

       Enrolment

  • In paying for the enrolment you are confirming that you have received enough information and are satisfied that the course you have chosen is suitable for your needs, abilities and circumstances.

  • Through registering for a course applicants are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions.

  • Your place on the course will be reserved upon payment in full.

  • You must inform Perio-Nutrition immediately of any changes to the contact details you supplied on your enrolment form. Failure to do so will mean that we are not able to provide you with essential information and updates.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • If for any reason, a course is cancelled, then Perio-Nutrition will make every reasonable effort to give registered delegates as much notice as possible (at least 14 days notice prior to the due course start-date).

  • The maximum liability of Perio-Nutrition will be limited to a refund of the course ONLY.

  • Refunds will be made to the bank account or credit/debit card on which course booking has been paid.

  • Perio-Nutrition will not accept liability for any additional costs or losses incurred by delegates or organizations which are claimed to have arisen through course cancellation.

  • Perio-Nutrition reserves the right to vary arrangements for the delivery of programmes, such as venue or lecturer and in such cases will make every reasonable effort to inform delegates in advance.

  • You may cancel a course for which you have enrolled and be fully refunded all course fees provided you give Perio-Nutrition at least 30 days notice prior to the course commencement.

  • Cancellations 15 days prior to the course commencement will be eligible to a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations of less than 15 days prior to commencement will not be eligible to a refund unless the place is re sold.

  • You may send a substitute in your place at no extra charge provided 3 days notice is given.

  • Failure to attend the event on the day will constitute late cancellation and no refund will be given.
